It has now been roughly four (4) years since we have decided to stop smoking. New Years Resolution. Well, it’s now 2015, and Tracy and I have been smoke free for an amazing four (4) years.
Another thing that I wanted to change back then was I felt I needed to lose weight. At that time, I weighed in about 260 pounds (118 kg). I remember walking up and down stairs and just feeling heavy. I wanted to change that about myself. that was the heaviest I had ever weighed in my life. So I decided to make a change. I didn’t go on a diet per se, but I did cut back on how much I was eating, and I also stopped eating breakfast. I notice that when I eat breakfast, I get hungry sooner in the day, and I would end up eating more. So the first thing I did was cut out breakfast for most days of the week.
