On November 16, 2015, I had my first guest on my show. That was Niall, whom has been into fitness for quite a few years. The episode is titled Fitness 101. In that episode, we talked about how to start getting fit, what kinds of exercises are good for people starting out and how to get motivated. We also talk about B.M.I. and how it’s a not really a good reading of how people should measure themselves. Be warned though, it is a very long episode, it’s one hour and 45 minutes long. On February 8, 2016, I stopped at one of the local malls to get some photos of the little patch of ice skating rink. Tracy asked me if I wanted to skate, so I rented some skates and gave it a god. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve been on a pair of ice skates. Actually, since about 1989. I feel that I didn’t do too badly. Have a look.
With this, I also decided I would start videoing my podcast. It’s kind of cool. I started to learn more about video editing. This podcast episode was more about ice-skating and not about videoing. On March 19, 2016, I had Karsten on the show, and this time I was Interviewed by Karsten. It was a really interesting interview, and I really enjoyed being interviewed by Karsten. On May 17, 2016, Niall was back on the show. This time we talked mostly about DIET. Some of the things we talked about are what the word diet actually means. Most people think it means to lose weight, but really, it is just the food you eat. Some people go on a diet to lose weight and some people go on a diet to gain weight, and some people go on a diet to maintain their current weight, but to gain muscle and lose fat. All in all, I have recorded 30 episodes to date. I do my best to record an episode every week. I love doing the podcast. I also love to have people as guests on my show, and they come a long when they can. 😉
