So as I was training legs tonight the free weight cronies were razing one of them because I was leg pressing more than him. I was only doing 495 lbs (my max is 720 lbs) Derrik laughed and told them what my max was. They are for sure he's lying. I had so many witnesses to see it when I did it but something in me wanted to prove it to them. Grr Anyways, who else lifts weights?

Lol. Yes very much so. I love working out with him. I love that he is so strong. With me being as strong as I am I intimidate a lot of the guys at the gym so it great that he makes me feel like a girl. I know that sounds silly, but I wanna know he can pin me down and make me beg. Lol

Sweetie, you got this! Never be afraid to share your start! Because denouncing it is part of over coming it. Tell yourself "this is not me" I am not fat. I have fat and it can take a bloody hike! You know it's long and hard. You shed tears and pounds! You can do this! Peanut butter and bananas are a fantastic protein snack! Sweet and good! Fish is full of protein. I eat about 1200 to 1700 calories a day depending on my work out. I work out 5 days a week about an hour to an hour half . I do cardio then I lift heavy weights!
