  6. So as I was training legs tonight the free weight cronies were razing one of them because I was leg pressing more than him. I was only doing 495 lbs (my max is 720 lbs) Derrik laughed and told them what my max was. They are for sure he's lying. I had so many witnesses to see it when I did it but something in me wanted to prove it to them. Grr Anyways, who else lifts weights?

  12. Lol. Yes very much so. I love working out with him. I love that he is so strong. With me being as strong as I am I intimidate a lot of the guys at the gym so it great that he makes me feel like a girl. I know that sounds silly, but I wanna know he can pin me down and make me beg. Lol

I have fat and it can take a bloody hike! You know it's long and hard. You shed tears and pounds! You can do this! Peanut butter and bananas are a fantastic protein snack! Sweet and good!   15. I eat about 1200 to 1700 calories a day depending on my work out. I work out 5 days a week about an hour to an hour half . I do cardio then I lift heavy weights!
