Load on the meats and cheese. I can tolerate anchovies actually. Pineapple? As long as its combined with something else.

Pineapple on pizza is OK.  Though I do have to be in the mood for it.  Kiwi on pizza?  Not a chance.  I don't even like kiwi by itself.  

While living in Thailand, I have been introduce to pineapple on burgers as well.  I was surprised about how nice that is.
