Update 4.3.1

I just ran an update from 4.2.4 and in doing so, we have temporarily lost 2 themes.  We have lost The Lodge and Gamer Nerd.  Currently, you can still use Fancy Pants and The Lake.  As soon as I can get the other 2 working again, I will.  If you notice any other bugs or problems, please let me know.

Rough Country has been fixed, now we're just waiting on Gamer Nerd.  Sorry for those that use it.  It should be done soon.
