Mind I only know *$ Looks at espresso machine and caresses it lovingly. Pulls a short shot full of crema into a cappuccino mug. Slowly pours micro velvety steamed whole milk into the mug until a quarter inch from the rim for room. Then I lift the pitcher up deftly and lets a single drop fall into the center creating a delicious ring of espresso infused foam. Steps around the counter and slides into a bay window seat and slowly sips my coffee while gazing out at the materializing aspects of our home.
