So, when I was studying karate, I was going to class 6 days a week, I got down to about 190 lbs (86.18 kg).  When I stopped studying karate, I slowly went back up to 200 lbs (90.72 kg), then up to 210 lbs (95.25 kg) . Things seemed OK there.  I prefer to be about 200 lbs, but I was ok at 210 lbs.  Then, over the last year I went up to about 215 lbs (97.52 kg).  When my family came to visit, I shot up to 230 lbs (104.33 kg). 

Now that we have moved, our new place has a gym and a pool, soI think this will help a lot.  I'll keep you posted on how things go.  :)

Thank you @fox.  Hasn't been very good, went swimming once, but I do plan on starting to do my katas again.  Thank you!
