In Second Life, I have had ponies male and female. I personally don't think I would like it very much.

Yes it does darlin...I am on there just about everyday. I still do GOR there and have been a herbalist, librarian, now I am a baker. I have no slaves there...damn clingy things they are..I just rent them from a slaver in the city..lol. I think I have there almost 9 or 10 years now.

I loved it, but it seemed to die off a bit.  I had quite a lot of Linden currency left but I abandoned my account.  I don't even think I could log in again. I am not super keen on Gorean slavery models because it is gender based dominance. I think we have discussed this before?  I am surprised you can even own slaves as a woman in a Gorean inspired realm.
