House on the Mountain in Hong Kong

Before we had breakfast and were walking around Hong Kong, I look up between these two buildings and saw this house up on the mountain and thought it was pretty cool. When I looked at the photo later, I noticed the building on the left, which is being build, has scaffolding up it, and the scaffolding is all bamboo!! (Taken with a Nikon D5500)
