I can almost understand your plight there @DragonsBane.  When I first moved to Thailand, it was hard to find clothes in my size in general.  It's getting better now, but it was hard when I first moved here.

Hey bane  do they have George stores where you live? There's one near my place (that doesn't help you) but the selection is mostly regular clothes in larger sizes and decently priced.

Finding out this morning that a teacher I worked with for a number of years and retired at the end of last school year passed away last night.  She was such a lovely lady, and the students loved her.

We'll get there. It is only harder this time because it not just myself and my partner but two younger sibs and one set of parents. So, for now I need to keep looking forward and not stop to think too much about it.

Oh Wolf. I'm so sorry.

I was just coming in to say that my sad came from the news that a very, very dear friend's niece passed away today (from a very aggressive Cancer) - she has two very young sons (around the ages of my little guys, actually ). Ugh. I'm gutted. She fought so hard. I just. Fuck.

Stupid day.
