Out of the corner of his eye, Buck sees the jump down from the tree and looks at her as she walks by and enters the tavern. When the door opens, he hears rock music come from inside until the door slams shut behind her. So the street rats call themselves ghosts here. I’ll have to remember that. Turns when he hears an explosion from down the street, reaching into his pocket pulling out a pack of camels, sees the girl smile. He pulls a cigarette out, puts it in his mouth, returns the pack to his pocket and pulls out a lighter, lighting his cigarette, takeing a long pull on his cigarette as he returns the lighter t9 his pockets. Exhales the smoke out slowly around the cigarette as he turns and heads to the tavern door. Opens the door to the tavern, hearing the sound of AC/DC playing as he scans the room, seeing an empty table, he heads over to it, noting the bartender, he nods to him. He drapes his jacket over the back of a chair at the tab,e, heads up to the bar. Can I get a cup of coffee?

I’m rereading Shadow’s Edge (Book 2 of the Night Angel trilogy) by Brent Weeks. I don’t know what it is about this series, but I just love it

So far, I’m still using The Lodge. I just love it. I do use the other themes from time to time, but that’s mostly for testing different things.

Both @Phoenix and @hirondelle bring up good points. I personally tend to read an article, then research the information presented in the article from other than named sources, even if it’s something I believe in or somebody I like. For example, I love the band KISS (my #2 all time favorite bands), and my favorite members of the band are Gene Simmons and Ace Frehley (2 polar opposite people in almost every way except they played in the same band together... twice). I hear and read a lot of things that Gene Simmons says and think “Phuk dude, just shut the hell up before you kill everything you ever worked for”. Then I read some of the things he says and I’m like “Hell phuk yeah!” Then I read/hear things Ace Frehley says, and I think “Awesomeness dude!” Then I read some of the other things and think, “what a phuking idiot!” I do my best to keep things in perspective and look at more than one side to an argument, even if it pisses me off. Lol. One thing I learned from on3 of my favorite YouTubers, Phillip Defranco, always leave room for the discussion (my words, not his) keep up the great writing @Phoenix. I enjoy your writing.

Buck rides into town on his Hammer motorcycle. He pulls up outside what appears to be a tavern, backing his bike into position, turning the key to kill the engine. He steps off his bike, dusts off his black leather pants, and takes off his leather riding jacket, and looks up and down the road I wonder if anybody is in this town he says to himself
