Some of those emotes come from the original Northlands Fantasy site.  Which is gone now.

Lately, I've been really enjoying this playlist:
 

I made some amazing steaks and corn last night on the grill, and @hirondellemade a delicious humus and carrot and peanut salad.

I'm thinking about starting another podcast, this one about grilling and motorcycling.  I have to work out a few things, but I am thinking about it.

Thank you @Lightningfall.  Yes, I don't rely too much on the scale, though I do have a target weight I want to hit.  I do know that muscle weight more than fat, but I have a lot of fat to lose.    Thank you for the advice and luck wishes.

 I didn't think you would have a problem with it.
