I like your plan

~the sky darkens as clouds begins to stir, the winds begins to howl as they pick up speed. Lightning crashes and the sounds of battle can be heard coming from the sky. The flash of lighting shows the shadows of two winged people locked in battle. Every time their swords clash thunder rumbles and lightning flashes. Finally a blinding light flashes all across the sky and the storm disperses. As the sky begins to lighten a body can be seen falling out of the sky. A man clothed in white leather pants and boots, a golden belt around his waist, a white linen shirt covered in blood, a golden baldric across his chest and a golden sword held tight in one hand. One wing coming out of the right side of his back, and out of the left side only a piece of bone protruding. His long red hair matted with dark blood. He crashes into the ground in the hills close to the castle, dust rises and a crater surrounds his body. He’s still alive but barely breathing. His Swird fell out of his hand after he crashed landing close by. A dark figure swoops down and lands next to the body. A dark and twisted mirror image of the body lying on the ground. Pale translucent skin, jet black long hair, dark red eyes, and bat like wings. A long two handed crimson sword in one hand. All dressed in black leather. He smirks at the body and in a cold icy tone he says: “I told you brother, darkness always triumphs over light...” ~he kicks dirt in his face and grabs the golden sword. The man on the ground tries to get up to get his sword but passes out from the effort. The dark figure flyes away with his crimson sword on his back and the golden sword in hand. The one winged man’s breath is shallow and ragged as he lies in the crater. A soft rain begins and a soft rumble of thunder can be heard in the distance~ (bare with me it’s been a while )

What will said book club entail?

Hi I’m the hawk and I’m also an addict. For a while I was counting calories and walking(I don’t run it just isn’t in my dna) I lost almost 30 lbs yet I have gained it all back and then some. I didn’t change my diet I just lowered my intake and I tracked everything I ate with an app called loose it. It tracks exercise(including intercourse), any kind of food from super market foods to restaurant foods etc. I helped me out a lot. It is time consuming but what diet isn’t. It give you a budget of calories etc per day/week/month and based on your input it tells you when you will reach your goal. The budget is based on how much you want to loose in what time period. It warns you of unhealthy things and what you eat the most, i.e. sugars or carbs, and the best part it is a free app. Anyways yes I lost a ton and was feeling much better but life happened. Now I am not only larger but I also started smoking again which it’s the worse I have done in the last 5 years. Trying to get back on track but it’s tough. Mans to finish off raisins are nasty
