We are doing okay. There is no covid in Thailand but lack of tourists means economic insecurity. I'm feeling that a bit job wise, too although I'm not in the tourist industry. I'm also struggling with mental health a bit too which is frustrating because I really thought I was starting to get on top of it. But really things are good, we have jobs and we are healthy.

I agree with everything you said here Spy. I'm so grateful to TG... (Although tbh I started reading him purely because RJ wrote too slow and I needed something to fill the gaps).

Actually the politics didn't get to me until FotF and I pretty much stopped reading shortly after.

But yes without Terry I wouldn't have you guys and Dom... So I am beyond grateful. RIP Terry Goodkind.

tumeric decaf coffee

I tried making golden milk but it was gross.  However I had a ton of turmeric paste I didn't want to waste so I put a spoon in a cup of coffee and it ain't bad.  Hoping that tumeric will help with the inflamation that comes with having adenomyosis.

How is everyone doing? Sorry I haven't been around, it has been a weird few months, but I am feeling better than I have in aged so I thought I would check in on you alls.   You know how it is when you are feeling low you don't wanna spread it around becuase you fear you are going to become known as that sad girl.

Anyway.

Thailand is virus free - but we arent letting any tourists in.  It is kind of perfect, I just wish I could visit my mum.  But if I left I would need 2 weeks quarantine in each direction and possibly wouldn't be allowed back.  Actually my company just announced if you get stuck outside your country of work because of COVID you are immediately placed on unpaid leave.

Yes and no. I would like to be anonymously famous.  I still want to be able to live a regular life, but my ego would enjoy the validation.

Yes. Because I am socially anxious and if I didnt rehearse I would never dial.
