  3. tumeric decaf coffee I tried making golden milk but it was gross. However I had a ton of turmeric paste I didn't want to waste so I put a spoon in a cup of coffee and it ain't bad. Hoping that tumeric will help with the inflamation that comes with having adenomyosis.

  11. How is everyone doing? Sorry I haven't been around, it has been a weird few months, but I am feeling better than I have in aged so I thought I would check in on you alls. You know how it is when you are feeling low you don't wanna spread it around becuase you fear you are going to become known as that sad girl. Anyway. Thailand is virus free - but we arent letting any tourists in. It is kind of perfect, I just wish I could visit my mum. But if I left I would need 2 weeks quarantine in each direction and possibly wouldn't be allowed back. Actually my company just announced if you get stuck outside your country of work because of COVID you are immediately placed on unpaid leave.

  14. Ah ok awesome - thanks for the info @Dulcet. I always thought food stamps were literally stamps, we did't have them in the UK when I was a kid. The govt just supplemented income and didn't control where you spent it. You could use it for beer money if you want.
