  3. Yumi feels the roots of the tree beneath her hind feet. Then something touches her back making her jump jump out of her skin and bark in alarm. She spins after feeling her tail being batted and looks up at a figure in the tree. It's dark form blending into the shadows of the tree canopy. She recognizes the paw's form and sees a very toothy grin in this new predator's face. Still shaking from nerves she manages a small voice. L, Li, Lighty!?
  4. Actually we would have to be willing to suffer and abstain in order break them down sufficiently enough to be heard. However, that is at least a current on going process.

  6. Do you see this country going down the road of full on united boycott to show big companies and politicians that without the people they no longer have their wealth, status or consumer base? If a true full boycott did happen would they change their tune?

  10. I wish you luck and if you're like me please for the love of Goddess do not cram before the exam. Have some fun, forget the test and then when you're fully relaxed give yourself a mental note to remember everything you've studied and keep it in your subconscious to be called when you think of it during the test. Even if you doubt something, brush the doubt away and trust that you have studied to the best of your ability and don't sweat it.
  11. *Hugs* Keep going you beautiful people you! I like the different ideas and personal I have started taking a liking to simple seasoned or plain food. There is a lot of natural flavor that we have forgotten because of masking our food. I was even delighted when just adding black pepper to my meals brought out a salt like taste when I used freshly ground pepper. So I guess while being good find the flavors that are healthy, to your taste and can be used to feel like your indulging with your meals and that might help too.
  12. I only used it for three months. Not only did I hit 180 and I also become a very argumentative, quick fuse and aggressive person. It's about the time I found out my skill with words can be used for harm emotionally, mentally and well verbal abuse. I haven't touched the stuff since 2010. Just in case the brand I used was Genessa(sp?) But, the current weight that's i am at is mostly due to inactivity. Wake up, eat, go to work, (stand for 4+) stand to long and pain in my hip kicks in or at different spots around my hip area, push through it get off work mode and sometimes limp out. Laying or sitting down or even standing over a five day work week sometimes brings the pain to a head. This leads me to be inactive until the pain ease. Eat late and rinse and repeat. Water intake is only when my muscles won't relax or I get a muscle tension dehydration headache. I just need to take better care of myself.

  20. Yui looks over and Bob and Thorn and the newcomer. We won't be long suga, don't miss us too much She follows Alanna and enters into Alanna's room. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Yui pulls off her shirt and readjusts the tank top until it's center and the straps aren't twisted. Yui offers the shirt to Alanna perfectly comfortable in her tank and jeans. Today had to be the day when I didn't have my bag with a set of spare clothes in it. Belated she remembers the scent of pine and jasmine from her essential oils experiment. Yui mental shakes it off a person fresh from the battlefield may like the thought of a nice flowered forest.

  22. So, it may be email but one could snap a pic of the handwritten letter and picture then send it by email. If you can then later afford to send the actual letter you can send it as a added bonus to the receiver. I may have to do a mix of both.

    Goals

    Except for getting my weight down to have less pain and be more active. I want to start learning about survival. I want to know knots, how to start a fire, be water wise and know how to hunt for food. The more society goes away from the true basics to being here on Earth the more wary I become of following society. I love the advances or resurrection of technology but a part of me is saying Don't Forget the Basics. So we'll see my partner and I have permanent waiver for a paintball area close to us to start being active more we just have to wait on the cost part a little longer. It's not Survival but it is tatics, teamwork and self reliance with cardio.
  24. Keep up the awesome progress lovely. It really does come to portions. I use to use only what was recommended and biked regularly along with tennis and got down to 165 but after a stressful three months on birth control and at work I went up in weight and have hit a plateau between 212 to 207. Not sure why my weight shifts so much besides decreasing my intake of water drops me. So, good going on your success and I hope for many more. I am trying to reign in my bored eating and impulse eating too.
  25. Like Phoenix please continue to us this thread that you created to track your progresses. I found that in tracking myself with specific things and not just going through the motions I actually improve myself a little bit at a time.
