OK so we are voting for a 'Diet and Exercise' forum and a 'Mental Health forum' - preferably as far from each other as possible? Does anyone want to suggest a title for Mental Health forum? I will call it mental health for now, but it seems a bit bland. If you have something else you prefer let me know.

I understand your fear hun - a lot of people I love feel very differently to me and I don't want to hurt them or make them angry with me. But I also respect their right to feel the way they do... and trust that they will do the same for me in return. I have to speak up for what I understand / believe / feel otherwise I am letting these guys down. Be the change. Ultimately - This is why I love The Northlands.
