Nice cream (ice cream made from frozen bananas... there are recipes everywhere... is also a good ice cream alternative. Iahve nade it a couple of times and I loved over the it. But although it cuts out dairy and processed nonsense the GI index is still high especially if you use very ripe bananas as is recommended. It depends on your reasons for cutting out ice creams as to whether it is a good alternative. But if you are simply trying to eat clean and healthy it is great.

Generally I owe you all an apology. I am currently in my last week of work before 2 weeks holiday and I am trying so hard to get all the ends tied up so I can actually properly have a holiday without checking emails sneakily. So I am really busy and then in the evening I am exhausted (because, stress). I haven't had time to role play, sorry.

Agree with @Timberwolf I like those books that have irregular chapter lengths. Sometimes long, sometimes short. Varies the momentum.

ok on my phone I play: Pokemon (though not so much anymore since they ruined it for me with some updates) Hay Day (my forever love) Angry Birds Match (damn you @Timberwolf for getting me addicted. I also loved Hidden Cities, but deleted in a fit of pique and when I tried to reinstall it I couldn't get my progress back and didn't want to start over. Grr. I also have a secret wordsearch addiction but as that is more of a puzzle than a game I won't mention it here.
